b. Japanese Cash (Very few Japanese hospitals will accept credit cards.)
c. Patient Registration Card (If you receive a patient’s card from a medical facility, bring it with you every time you visit that facility.)
d. Passport or some other form of identification
e. Any medicines you are currently taking.
